Eligibility Criteria for Aapki Beti Hamari Beti Yojana

  • This scheme is applicable to only female residents of Haryana.  
  • First girl child born on or after 22-01-2015 in SC/BPL families, OR 
  • Second girl child born on or after 22-01-2015, irrespective of their caste, creed, religion, income and number of sons, OR 
  • Third girl child born on or after 24-08-2015, irrespective of their caste, creed, religion, income and number of sons.
  • All parents resident of Haryana or having Haryana domicile and at least one of the parents along with the girl child should be residing in the state.
  • The pregnant woman should be registered at the nearest Anganwadi Center or with the Health Department.
  • The birth of all girl child shall be registered.
  • The girl child shall have Aadhar number. However at the time of enrolment, Aadhar number of the parents is also accepted.
  • The parents should ensure proper and timely immunization of the girl children and immunization record (as per the age of the girl children) should be attached with the application form.
  • Beneficiary should be enrolled in Anganwadi Center as per their age.

  • Parivar Pehchan Patra Number 
  • Age Proof: Birth Certificate 
  • Resident Proof/Address Proof/Ownership Proof (Anyone of the following): 
    • Ration Card
    • Voter ID
    • Electricity Bill
    • Telephone Bill 
  • Caste Certificate (Only in case of SC)
  • BPL Certificate (Only BPL Families)
  • Tikka Report/Immunization Card for verification of timely immunization

How to Apply Online for Aapki Beti Hamari Beti Yojana

  • Go to the official Saral Haryana Portal at https://saralharyana.gov.in/
  • At the homepage, click at "New User? Register Here" link. 
  • Fill basic details (name, email ID, mobile number and other details) and complete citizen registration to create a login account.
  • Use the login ID (username) and password to login into your account.
  • After logging in, hover "Apply for Services" tab and then click "View All Available Services" link.
  • Search for "Aapki Beti Hamari Beti" under the list of government schemes and open its form.
  • Fill in all the asked details accurately, upload the required documents and submit the application to complete ABHB online apply process.

Procedure for Applying Offline under ABHB scheme

  • This scheme shall be implemented through Women and Child Development Department, Haryana. 
  • The application forms will be available free of cost from the Anganwadi Centre or can be downloaded from the website (wcdhry.gov.in) of the Department. 
  • The duly filled Aapki Beti Hamari Beti Form along with the self-attested copy of the birth certificate & immunization card of the beneficiary and Aadhar number of child or of the parents shall be deposited with the Anganwadi Worker/Health Staff. 
  • The Anganwadi worker/Health Staff shall submit the same to the Circle Supervisor/Medical Officer or to the Women and Child Development Project Officer/Civil Surgeon.
