Indiramma LIG Housing Scheme Hyderabad (CURE) - Latest Update 2026
Telangana Government has launched the Indiramma LIG Housing Scheme for Hyderabad under the Core Urban Region (CURE) to provide affordable high-rise flats to eligible low-income families living in urban areas. Unlike the regular Indiramma Indlu Scheme, which mainly provides financial assistance for constructing a house on beneficiaries' own land, this initiative focuses on the construction and allotment of LIG (Low Income Group) apartments in selected locations across Hyderabad.
Applications for the scheme will be accepted from 21 July to 10 August 2026. Eligible applicants can submit their applications through MeeSeva Centres, the MeeSeva Portal, or the official WhatsApp service at 8096958096. Applicants must pay a ₹100 application fee along with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹10,000 while submitting the application. The EMD will be refunded if the applicant is not selected, while it will be adjusted towards the beneficiary's contribution for successful applicants.

Applicants must satisfy the following eligibility conditions:- Must have been residing in Hyderabad (CURE) for at least 10 years.
- Annual household income should not exceed ₹6 lakh.
- Neither the applicant nor any family member should own a house, flat, or residential plot within the Outer Ring Road (ORR) or CURE area.
- The applicant should not have previously received benefits under any similar government housing scheme.
