Eligibility Criteria
In order to become eligible to apply for MTSKPY scheme, candidates must fulfill the below mentioned conditions:-
- The applicant must be a resident farmer of Maharashtra.
- The applicant should own or legally possess agricultural land.
- Farmer must have a reliable water source such as a well, borewell, farm pond, river, or canal suitable for operating a solar pump.
- The applicant must not have availed benefits of any other solar pump schemes (Atal Saur Krushi Pump Yojana, Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Pump Yojana) earlier .
- The size of agricultural land should match the prescribed pump capacity norms.
- The farmer must be willing to pay the beneficiary's share as applicable to their category.
- Only one solar pump per farmer is allowed under the scheme.
- Each applicant must submit valid land records and required documents during the MTSKPY application process.

- 7/12 Extract/(If the well / tubewell in same land then it should be mentioned in the 7/12 Extract). The NOC shall be submitted on Stamp paper of Rs. 200/- if the land owners are multiple.

- NOC from concern department in case of dark water shed area only.
- If the agricultural land /Well/Water Pump is shared then NOC shall be submitted from other shareholders.

- On clicking the relevant link, the Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump Yojana online registration form 2026 will open.
- Next enter personal and land details of the applicant, residential address & location, irrigation source information, agriculture details, existing pump details, required pump details, bank account details etc.
- After entering the details, tick the declaration, upload documents and click "Save & Next” button to complete MTSKPY registration process.
- Within 10 days of receipt of online form, survey would be done. After doing survey, demand note will be issued from field offices. If there is any discrepancy observed, applicant will be informed accordingly.
- After payment of Demand Note, Beneficiary will submit/provide option of Agency name. LOA will be issued to concern agency in 3 days in ERP. Concern agency has to complete the work in 90 days & upload the Commissioning report, bill with photos with beneficiary & system etc.
