Each women beneficiary whose name features in the approved list (provisional eligible list) is entitled to get ₹10,000 per year. However if the name of the women is present in the Rejected List (provisional ineligible list), she can rectify the errors made during registration and re-submit the application.

Latest Update (8th March 2026): The government of Odisha distributed more than ₹5,100 crore to women beneficiaries under the Subhadra Yojana on International Women’s Day. The amount was released by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi as the fourth instalment, with ₹5,000 credited directly to the bank accounts of nearly 1.02 crore women through DBT.

How to Check Your Name in Subhadra Yojana List 2026
- Visit the Odisha Subhadra Yojana official website at subhadra.odisha.gov.in
- Scroll down the homepage down to reach "Beneficiary List" link or directly click subhadra.odisha.gov.in/benificary-list
- Then the page to view Subhadra Yojana beneficiary list will open on your screen.
- Select name of district, block/ULB, GP/Ward and click "View" button.
- For instance we have selected name of district as 'Balangir', block/ULB as 'Balangir' and GP/Ward as 'Barkani' and clicked 'View' tab.
- Accordingly, the Subhadra Yojana Gram Panchayat Wise List 2026 will get displayed on your screen.
- Now if you want to download Subhadra Yojana eligible list of approved beneficiaries, then click at 'PDF icon' under "Provisional Eligible List" section.
- If your name appears in Subhadra Yojana eligible list of approved beneficiaries, then you will start getting ₹10,000 per annum.
- However if you want to download Subhadra Yojana provisional list of ineligible beneficiaries (rejected), then click at 'PDF icon' under "Provisional Ineligible List" section.
- If your name is present in Subhadra Yojana rejected list of beneficiaries, then you will have to once again apply for Subhadra Yojana with corrected documents.
Note that there are some reasons which cannot be corrected like presence of govt. employee in your home, possessing 4 wheeler vehicle etc. Persons with such reasons would be considered ineligible for the Subhadra scheme.
Odisha Subhadra Yojana Beneficiary List Updation
In both the approved / rejected list of Subhadra Yojana beneficiaries, you can check name of village, application ID, name, father/husband name. You can apply for name inclusion again if your name is present in the ineligible (rejected) list of beneficiaries.Some reasons such as 4-Wheeler Vehicle in Family, individual receiving student scholarship caters to non-eligibility which cannot be corrected. Names of such beneficiaries would not be included in Subhadra Yojana list.
Eligibility Criteria for Name Inclusion in Subhadra Yojana List
If the name of women appears in the rejected list, then such women need to re-register themselves. Such women must check the complete eligibility criteria before applying again for the Subhadra Scheme.- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Odisha state.
- Only female candidates in the age group of 21 to 60 years are eligible.
- Each women beneficiary must have an aadhaar card linked with a bank account (single account with DBT enabled).
- Women must be either a NFSA/SFSS card holder (priority), or her family annual income must be less than ₹2.5 lakh per annum.
Ineligibility for Subhadra Yojana
- If woman or her family receives a government pension of ₹1,500/month (₹18,000/year) or more, then she would be considered ineligible.
- Any woman who either herself or whose family member is:
- A current or former Member of Parliament (MP) or Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA).
- An Income Tax Payee.
- An elected public representative in any Urban Local Body or Panchayati Raj Institution (excluding Ward Member / Councillor).
- Employed as a regular or contractual employee in State Government or Government of India or Public Sector Undertaking or Board or Local Body or Government Organization or is receiving pension after retirement. However, all workers receiving honorarium such as ASHA, Anganwadi Worker, Community Resource Person, Master Book Keeper, etc. and all those engaged through outsourcing agencies would be considered, if otherwise eligible under this Scheme.
- An elected / nominated / appointed representative in any Government Department or Undertaking or Board or Organization of Government of India or State Government.
- An owner of a 4-wheeler Motor Vehicle except tractors, mini-trucks, small commercial vehicles and other similar light goods vehicles.
- The family of the applicant owns more than 5 acres of irrigated land or 10 acres of non-irrigated land.
How to Apply for Name Inclusion in Subhadra Yojana List
You can apply online via the official Subhadra Yojana portal or offline through designated centers such as Anganwadi centres, Block offices, Mo Seva / Jan Seva Kendras, Common Service Centres (CSCs). At these centres, forms are provided free of charge. Moreover, women can also get help from the centre operators or their staff.It is worth noting that after receiving overwhelming response for Subhadra Yojana, a new initiative namely Subhadra Plus Scheme has also been announced in the Odisha Budget 2025-26.
Odisha Subhadra Yojana Benefits
- Each eligible women beneficiary will receive a total of ₹50,000 over five years duration i.e 2024-25 to 2028-29.
- This amount is paid as ₹10,000 per annum, split into two installments.
- 1st installment of ₹5000 is credited on Raksha Bandhan (usually in August).
- 2nd installment of ₹5000 is credited on International Women's Day (8 March)
- Both installments are credited directly into the beneficiary's Aadhaar-linked bank account.
- In addition to the cash support, women beneficiaries are also entitled to get a Subhadra Debit/ATM card for digital transactions.
- Furthermore in each GP/ULB, top 100 women with the most digital transactions in a particular year would receive a ₹500 bonus.
