Looking for name inclusion / exclusion in Subhadra Yojana List 2026, the official website is now live at subhadra.odisha.gov.in. Odisha government has started the facility to check your name in the final Subhadra Yojana beneficiary list through online mode. It enables applicants to verify their beneficiary status even while sitting at their home. 

If your name appears in the approved beneficiary list, you will be eligible to receive ₹10,000 financial assistance annually. In case your application is placed in the rejected list, you can update the required details, correct any errors, and submit your application again.

Subhadra Yojana is widely featured in the Odisha Yojana List due to its large-scale financial assistance provided to eligible women beneficiaries across the state. Read this guide to learn the complete process for checking your name in the Subhadra Yojana Beneficiary List step by step.

Subhadra Yojana August 2026 Update (5th Installment Transfer)

5th Installment Disbursed on August 28, 2026 (Raksha Bandhan): Odisha CM Majhi has transferred 5th installment of Subhadra Scheme to 1.03 crore women on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan (28 August 2026). While speaking at the disbursement of the fifth instalment of the Subhadra Scheme in Nayagarh, CM extended greetings to women across Odisha on the occasion of Gahma Purnima and Raksha Bandhan. The CM said, "Subhadra Yojana is not merely a financial assistance scheme but a symbol of women's empowerment," aimed at enabling women to take independent decisions and become socially, politically and economically self-reliant. 

CM added that ₹5,000 each is being transferred to 1,03,26,162 eligible women beneficiaries across Odisha under the fifth instalment, involving more than ₹5,163 crore through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).""With an annual allocation of ₹11,000 crore, Subhadra is Odisha's largest women-centric scheme. Beneficiaries will receive ₹50,000 over five years, with two instalments of ₹5,000 each every year."

The CM Majhi said, "nearly 80% of women have used Subhadra assistance for long-term financial security and development, while 25.52% have used the funds to start businesses". He highlighted beneficiaries who have started vegetable cultivation, tailoring, stationery shops, weaving and dairy farming.CM Majhi said the government has launched the Women Entrepreneurship Platform to provide women with skills, mentoring, market linkages and financial opportunities. He said 11,789 Subhadra beneficiaries have undergone skill training so far, while nearly 27 lakh women have become financially self-reliant under Lakhpati Didi.

Earlier Installments under Subhadra Yojana

Odisha government has transferred more than ₹20,648 crore under the Subhadra Yojana to over 1 crore women beneficiaries through four installments since the scheme's launch. Here is the disbursal dates for each installment.
  • 1st Installment: Disbursed on September 17, 2024 (Launch Date).
  • 2nd Installment: Disbursed on March 8, 2025 (International Women's Day).
  • 3rd Installment: Disbursed on August 9, 2025 (Raksha Bandhan).
  • 4th Installment: Disbursed on March 8, 2026 (International Women's Day).
 

Check Your Name in Subhadra Yojana List 2026 for 5th Installment

  • Select name of district, block/ULB, GP/Ward and click "View" button. 
  • For instance we have selected name of district as 'Balangir', block/ULB as 'Balangir' and GP/Ward as 'Barkani' and clicked 'View' tab.
  • Accordingly, the Subhadra Yojana Gram Panchayat Wise List 2026 will get displayed on your screen.
  • Now if you want to download Subhadra Yojana eligible list of approved beneficiaries, then click at 'PDF icon' under "Provisional Eligible List" section.
  • If your name appears in Subhadra Yojana eligible list of approved beneficiaries, then you will start getting ₹10,000 per annum. 
  • However if you want to download Subhadra Yojana provisional list of ineligible beneficiaries (rejected), then click at 'PDF icon' under "Provisional Ineligible List" section.
  • If your name is present in Subhadra Yojana rejected list of beneficiaries, then you will have to once again apply for Subhadra Yojana with corrected documents. 
Note that there are some reasons which cannot be corrected like presence of govt. employee in your home, possessing 4 wheeler vehicle etc. Persons with such reasons would be considered ineligible for the Subhadra scheme.

Important Update for Subhadra Yojana Beneficiaries

If your name is not available in the Subhadra Yojana beneficiary list, there is no need to worry. The Odisha Government conducts field verification of applications before releasing any installment of ₹5,000. Applicants should timely complete e-KYC, Aadhaar-bank linking, NPCI mapping, biometric authentication, and other formalities for their name inclusion in Subhadra Yojana List. 

After verification process is complete, eligible beneficiaries are added to the final list. You can check the beneficiary list again after the revised list is published on the official portal.

Odisha Subhadra Yojana Beneficiary List Updation

In both the approved / rejected list of Subhadra Yojana beneficiaries, you can check name of village, application ID, name, father/husband name. You can apply for name inclusion again if your name is present in the ineligible (rejected) list of beneficiaries.

Some reasons such as 4-Wheeler Vehicle in Family, individual receiving student scholarship caters to non-eligibility which cannot be corrected. Names of such beneficiaries would not be included in Subhadra Yojana list.

Eligibility Criteria for Name Inclusion in Subhadra Yojana List

If the name of women appears in the rejected list, then such women need to re-register themselves. Such women must check the complete eligibility criteria before applying again for the Subhadra Scheme.
  • Applicant must be a permanent resident of Odisha state.
  • Only female candidates in the age group of 21 to 60 years are eligible.
  • Each woman beneficiary must have an Aadhaar Card linked with a bank account (single account with DBT enabled).
  • Women must be either a NFSA/SFSS card holder (priority), or her family annual income must be less than ₹2.5 lakh per annum.

Who is Not Eligible for Subhadra Yojana?

  • If woman or her family receives a government pension of ₹1,500/month (₹18,000/year) or more, then she would be considered ineligible.
  • Any woman who either herself or whose family member is: 
    • A current or former Member of Parliament (MP) or Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA).
    • An Income Tax Payee.
    • An elected public representative in any Urban Local Body or Panchayati Raj Institution (excluding Ward Member / Councillor).
    • Employed as a regular or contractual employee in State Government or Government of India or Public Sector Undertaking or Board or Local Body or Government Organization or is receiving pension after retirement. However, all workers receiving honorarium such as ASHA, Anganwadi Worker, Community Resource Person, Master Book Keeper, etc. and all those engaged through outsourcing agencies would be considered, if otherwise eligible under this Scheme.
    • An elected / nominated / appointed representative in any Government Department or Undertaking or Board or Organization of Government of India or State Government.
    • An owner of a 4-wheeler Motor Vehicle except tractors, mini-trucks, small commercial vehicles and other similar light goods vehicles.
  • The family of the applicant owns more than 5 acres of irrigated land or 10 acres of non-irrigated land.

How to Apply for Name Inclusion in Subhadra Yojana List

You can apply online via the official Subhadra Yojana portal (subhadra.odisha.gov.in) or offline through designated centers such as Anganwadi centres, Block offices, Mo Seva / Jan Seva Kendras, Common Service Centres (CSCs). At these centres, forms are provided free of charge. Moreover, women can also get help from the centre operators or their staff.

It is worth noting that after receiving overwhelming response for Subhadra Yojana, a new initiative namely Subhadra Plus Scheme was also announced in the Odisha Budget 2025-26.

Odisha Subhadra Yojana Benefits 

  • Each eligible women beneficiary will receive a total of ₹50,000 over five years duration i.e 2024-25 to 2028-29.
  • This amount is paid as ₹10,000 per annum, split into two installments. 
  • 1st installment of ₹5000 is credited on Raksha Bandhan (usually in August). 
  • 2nd installment of ₹5000 is credited on International Women's Day (8 March)
  • Both installments are credited directly into the beneficiary's Aadhaar-linked bank account.
  • In addition to the cash support, women beneficiaries are also entitled to get a Subhadra Debit/ATM card for digital transactions.
  • Furthermore in each GP/ULB, top 100 women with the most digital transactions in a particular year would receive a ₹500 bonus.
