NSKY Eligibility Criteria
To apply for NSKY scholarship, the applicants must fulfill the following conditions:-- Residency - The applicant must be a resident of Odisha.
- Parent / Guardian Registration - The student must be the child/ward of a registered building or construction worker under OB&OCWWB. The worker must have atleast 1 year of continuous registration.
- Number of Beneficiaries per Family - Generally, a maximum of two children per family are eligible to receive the scholarship benefits.
- Academic Requirements - The student must be studying in a recognized school/college/institution.

- Hover over "Login" tab and click at "Student Login" link.
- Accordingly, the page to make Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana student login with aadhaar number will open.
- Existing users can make login using unique no/aadhaar number, password, captcha and clicking at "Sign In" button.
- However new users will have to make NSKY registration first. For this purpose, the applicants can click at "Don't have an account? Register Here" tab or simply click https://scholarship.odisha.gov.in/website/registration-guideline
- On the opened Odisha Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana one time registration page, read the instructions, tick the declaration and click at "Proceed" button.
- Accordingly, the Odisha NSKY student registration page will get displayed on your screen.
