PMFBY List & Status 2026: Check Village / District Wise List and Application Status Online

The Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) allows farmers to check village-wise and district-wise data, along with their application status, through the official portal. This scheme provides crop insurance coverage to millions of farmers across India, protecting them from losses caused by natural calamities, pests, or diseases. By accessing the PMFBY list, farmers can view the number of insured farmers, total insured area, and coverage for specific crops in their village or district.

Under PMFBY, the central government provides compensation if crops are damaged. Every beneficiary listed in the PMFBY list is eligible to apply for a claim, with the compensation amount directly transferred to their bank account through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer). Farmers can file a claim after enrollment, ensuring timely financial support in case of crop loss.

Some farmers holding a Kisan Credit Card (KCC) may be automatically insured by their bank and do not need to apply separately for crop insurance. Other farmers must submit a claim under PMFBY if their crops are damaged. In this article, we will provide a step-by-step guide to check your name in the PMFBY district-wise and village-wise list and track your application status for the year 2026.

How PMFBY Crop Loss Claims Work
